Payton is WALKING!!

Payton has been walking(really walking) since his birthday! Before that he would take 3 or 4 sometimes 8 or 9 steps at a time. But when he turned 1 he decided he was done crawling! I am not so sure now that he has it down if I was quite as ready as I claimed to be.

I have been meaning to put some videos of him walking but ya know I forget... Here they are! One is older than the other. When he was first attempting. The other is the pro walker!!

He is so big. Different boy since the big 1!!! He is even faster now than he was in the first video.

A Mother passing by her son's bedroom was astonished to see that his bed was nicely made and everything was picked up. Then she saw an envelope, propped up prominently on the pillow that was addressed to 'Mom'. With the worst premonition she opened the envelope with trembling hands and read the letter.

Dear Mom:
It is with great regret and sorrow that I'm writing you. I had to elope with my new girlfriend because I wanted to avoid a scene with Dad and you. I have been finding real passion with Stacy and she is so nice.
But I knew you would not approve of her because of all her piercing, tattoos, tight motorcycle clothes and the fact that she is much older than I am. But it's not only the passion...Mom she's pregnant. Stacy said that we will be very, happy. She owns a trailer in the woods and has a stack of firewood for the whole winter. We share a dream of having many more children.
Stacy has opened my eyes to the fact that marijuana doesn't really hurt anyone. We'll be growing it for ourselves and trading it with the other people that live nearby for cocaine and ecstasy. In the meantime we will pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so Stacy can get better. She deserves it. Don't worry Mom. I'm 15 and I know how to take care of myself. Someday I'm sure that we will be back to visit so that you can get to know your grandchildren.

ROCK BAND BABY!

We had a little get together about 2 weeks ago and rocked out w/my parents and my sister, and her husband Cameron, and of course all the kids! What a great time we had. Here is the video I promised... ENJOY! okay almost everybody playing on this video has never played before so they were concentrating real hard. I of course was behind the camera so you missed out on my sweet moves...sorry;) I will get some for ya, it's such a good time!

RUN FOR CHARLIE! TRYING TO SPREAD THE WORD!

I ran across this little boy quite a while ago and love to see him and watch his story. What a blessing he has been to me. He has helped me put my life back into check and realize how blessed I am and to try and find joy in all things. He is such a special spirit!

Right now his family is getting ready for the Brain Injury Association of Utah's 5K Run, Walk and Roll and are needing some support for this non-profit organization! I don't live in Utah so I thought I would post this and hope FAMILY from Utah or FRIENDS would see this and spread the word!(maybe you know of some businesses or small companies that could help) It makes me think small places that are locally owned like Jamba Juice or ColdStone Ice Cream, places like these love to advertise and can put things in for the auction. I wish I could do more than this. I am trying to get a hold of a few companies. Here is the link to Charlie's website, check it out for yourself and see what you can do. I love this hair do, the triple twisty buns!! It is super cute and I really need to make Reag sit still for few minutes so I can try it. I try some of the do's and don't post all the pics but sometimes if I remember or have time in the morning I will hurry and snap a shot of her. The above pic is after church and she had been wrestling around w/Gav and goofing off so it is a bit messy (oh and this was my first attempt at this hair style.) I happened to get a shot on accident while they were having a tea party.

PAYTON IS 1!!!!

HOLY COW! This year has flown by way to fast. I can't believe my baby is one now and keeping right up with his brother and sister! He is attempting to walk faster by himself and says momma and dadda! He has been saying dadda for a while now. He also growls a lot. He is our little tiger. We love Payton so much, what a stinkin cute baby to have in our family. He is keeping us all on our toes and loves getting into anything sticky and dirty! What's the saying Boys are 10% boy and 90% dirt! That sums him up pretty well in this stage right now.

You are 30 today and I have been able to be a part of 7 years of that! Thank you for letting me be the one to share life with. I would have it no other way. Ry, I wish you the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! The kids love you so much. Gavin has been telling me all morning he wants to get you a horsey present. Reagan is super excited too, as you already know she was singing to you at 7:30 this morning.
