Catching Up...
Wow, I have not blogged for a while. I feel bad that I have missed talking about Reagan's birthday and Reagan's swim lessons. So this post will be my catch up and I am doing both of them in one blog.
Okay so first...
REAGAN'S SWIM LESSONS
I finally got Reagan into swim lessons. She got to take swim lessons with her cousin Asher. It was cute. I thought she would be hysterical and want me or Ry right there with her because she would be scared of the water. Boy was I wrong. I was the scared one. She was the one in her class that had to be told to hush or go back to the step or listen Reagan. She would just dunk herself and feel so cool and had to interrupt her teacher to show him how good she was. Her class was 2 weeks long every day for 30 minutes. So not a lot of time to have interruptions the whole time. She was so cute to watch. I love that she was able to trust her teacher and feel safe. She did such a good. We need to work on floating on her back and belly. Otherwise she passed with flying colors. The last day of lessons each class gets to jump off of the diving board. She talked about it for days. She could not wait. Again I thought she would wimp out but no she marched right to the edge and realized it was a bit higher than she thought so she just asked a teacher to help her. And that means a teacher picks the child up by there life jacket and drops them to the other teacher in the water. They don't catch her though. She went under and bounced right back up and she loved it. It helped me to relax a bit more with her and water. So I was able to learn something too.

REAGAN'S 5th BIRTHDAY
I cannot believe my first child is 5 already. Where did time go? I don't know. She is so excited for Kindergarten. I am a bit panicked myself but that is just a mom thing, (I hope) ;) For her Birthday we had her keep her eyes closed on the way to Tautphaus Park. It's a tiny little fun park. It has a merry-go-round with the horses and a Ferris Wheel and a fun fun ride called the Octopus. My personal favorite growing. We would laugh until we would pee our pants(almost) Anyways that is another blog. She saw the horses and she screamed with excitemtent. I saw her peek though so I think she was just trying to fake us out that she didn't know yet by screaming. Anyways Reagan and Gavin rode the merry-go-round and loved it. Then it was time to go, Reagan was fine being done but getting Gavin off of the horsies was a chore. We then took her home and had a small party with Grandma Bo, Grandpa Joe and Dillon. Her cake was Dora and Boots. I decorated it myself. It was a quick last minute thing so no laughing, at least I made it my self. She loved it that is all that mattered. She is 5 going on 16 I think but I love her so much. The cute little things she does make me smile every day and I am so blessed to have her as my daughter.

I Love My Wife
I just wanted to let everyone know that reads our blog how much I love and cherish my sweet wife. She puts up with so much from me and the kids and continues to smile and make the best of everything that she can. The best time of each day for me is to finally come home and to see my wife and kids. My family is everything to me. I wasn't always aware of how important my family was to me but having realized many things over the last couple of years, I have truly grown to LOVE and ADORE them. To see Brandi smile each day at the things our children or I do make every day an absolute joy for me. She is so cute to watch with the kids and to see the genuine love she has for them radiate from her eyes is something that just makes me love her more every day. I appreciate so much the things she does for me and our children and thank her with all of my heart for doing them. I love you Brandi. Thank you for being the love of my life.
Big Change
I just realized today that it's been so long since i've posted in our blog so I thought now was good a time as any. We've had a pretty big change in our lives as we moved into a home this week. We still haven't made the jump yet into actually buying a home because I don't know how long we'll be here and we really don't want to make that kind of commitment yet because I want to finish school first and it won't be long before that happens HOPEFULLY. Anyways, we talked to Brandi's mom, who had talked to a friend of hers that had a friend (yes I know it's confusing) who had a home that she was renting for a VERY VERY decent price and only wanted people she could trust to rent from her. They live in Fallon, Nevada and only come here for funerals and weddings so they're rarely here. We rent the upstairs portion of the house and they stay in the basement portion when they are here. We have a BEAUTIFUL fenced in yard with five apple trees, two plum trees, an apricot tree and a cherry tree with a large garden complete with corn, raspberries, strawberries, mint, tomatoes, and peas. It was a quick move that sort of jumped up on us and we woke up monday morning at 7:30 and were finished moving with our apartment cleaned and ready for inspection by 11:30 that evening. It was crazy and we were so tired but happy to be out of where we were. It was even more difficult because early that morning Brandi bent over to pick something up and threw her back out so she was just able to coach and direct people on where to put things. I felt so bad for her hurting like she was so we made the best of it. It's such a nice feeling to be in a home finally, and have a yard that we can take care of and have a safe place for our kids to run around and play. We'll post pics once we get them taken.
