My "Picture Princess"

Hey Shabby Apple this is my Picture Princess!  She loves to dress up.  I can never get a picture of her without her posing. This is right up her alley.  She could really use some fun new totally adorable clothes.  The dress she loves and I would love to see her wear is the Vineyard dress. It is so dainty and super cute.   Thanks for the opportunity.

My New Digital Scrapbook Program!

Ryan got me this iscrapbook for Christmas except I had it staring me in the face through Thanksgiving and Christmas and I could not touch it.  I had to wait for the "actual day"  It nearly killed me, although once the day passed I found myself feeling nervous to be creative and not wanting to play with it.  Well I finally gave in and got a few pages done.  I haven't done any journaling on the Halloween page yet.  Hope you Enjoy! I know you are all WAY more creative than I am when it comes to this stuff so no mean comments:) only encouragement!

I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer.
I work at Home Depot and I told my daughter how hectic it was last week before the blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every single shovel we had, and then I found one more in the back room, and that several people were fighting over who would get it. Her picture doesn't show me dancing around a pole. It's supposed to depict me selling the last snow shovel we had at Home Depot.
From now on I will remember to check her homework more thoroughly before she turns it in.

Another Milestone!

Reagan lost her 1st tooth Monday night!  It is so weird to me.  When she hits new stages in life she starts to look so much older to me.  It's crazy.  She did a really good job.  She was excited to tie some string around it and try and pull it out but once the string was in place reality set in and she was a wreck for a few minutes.  Ry came in and offered her a blessing and she said yes. After that she held daddy's hand and I yanked it out.  She was so excited to see her tooth.  And super excited about the TOOTH FAIRY. She requested 50 dollars at first although it did go down to 44 dollars in her prayers that night. hahaha!  She is so cute.  She woke up with a whole dollar waiting for her under her pillow!

NURSING **DISCLAIMER**

Okay, so if anyone knows me and my nursing history, I could have been a wet nurse with my first two kids and 9 months this time!! No kidding. (24 oz out of one side in like 2 minutes, I over flowed the bottles all the time)

But... in December I thought that maybe I was not getting enough milk. I was right.  Payton is not gaining weight and come to find out he is not getting enough milk from me.  That sucks!! I am causing my son to lose weight. So now I have to supplement his formula with less water and put strawberry or chocolate syrup so he will drink it. I HATE bottle feeding.  I am trying to have the same feelings about it that I do about nursing.  I LOVE nursing.  I have always enjoyed that time with my babies and here I sit not being able to nurse my baby.  I am really struggling with this.  I feel like a failure.  I know I am not but I feel like it, ya know.  I  have not nursed him now for 24 hours and I just can't help but cry knowing he wants me to nurse him to put him to bed and I can't.  I am so frustrated.  Oh, I also could take a natural remedy to up my milk but when I start messing with pumping and upping my milk I get mastitis.  I got mastitis 7 times with Gavin not doing anything.  Sheesh!  I really don't enjoy feeling like I can't provide for my baby. Anyways, I am not sure this entry even made sense but I needed to say it and get it out and hopefully venting this will help me feel better. Thanks for listening (reading)! 

For Payton: he was 17 lb 9 oz at the beginning of December and now is 16 lbs 14 oz so wish me luck that I can fatten him up in time for his next weight check or it is bring on the lab work time for my sweet baby. RRRRRRRRRRRR!!! we want to prevent that.

In Loving Memory...

Well, this morning at a quarter to 7 we got a phone call from Ryan's dad letting us know that Grandma Wassom passed away last night.  Steve spoke to her last night and she said she had been feeling a lot better the last few days and then he got the cal that she had passed.  

She was an amazing woman.  She was such a beautiful, caring, selfless grandma.  She will be missed, but I truly believe Grandma and Grandpa's reunion was one of complete sweetness.  One I hope was recorded somehow so I can see it someday.  They were amazing together.  

Times like these are so bittersweet!  

Ry- I know you have lost your only set of Grandparents and realize that has to be so hard and bring about a lot of mixed emotions.  I want you to know that I am here.  I love you so much and will be by your side through this time of mourning.  

Any prayers that are said are much appreciated.
